Passamos o natal com minha sogra em Minas Gerais, ela viu meu chinelo e gostou tanto que pediu se não podia fazer uma coisa no chinelo dela. Ainda bem que tinha trago alguns tecidinhos, agulha, linha, botões etc!!!
We spent Christmas with my mother-in-law in the Southeast of Brazil and when she saw my flipflops she asked me to do a makeover on hers. Goo things I had brought some pieces of fabric, needles, thread, buttons etc!!!
Primeiro encapei as tiras com tecido, cortei uma tira de tecido, dobrei e fechei com um ponto invisível do lado de baixo da tira, sem que machuca o pé. Depois fiz uma flor de fuxico, e encapei um botão que juntei com um fuxico para fazer o miolo. Depois eu costurei a flor e pronto! Ela adorou o resultado!
First I covered the straps, I cut a piece of fabric, folded it around and sewed it together with an invisible stitch, on the side of the strap without it hurting the foot. Than I made a flower of yoyo’s, covered a button and together with another yoyo made it the center of the flower. Than I sewed the flower on and ready! She loved the result!
