I´ve got 3 freebies for ya!!!!

Yeah that´s right, 3 freebies!!!!!! I was overwhelmed by the amoutn of downloads on my part of the ct collab for christmas, in one day I had over a 1300 downloads!!! My calender and sept-oct download

I´ve been a bit busy last weel making some calenders! They had a great offer at artscow where you get a calender for 6,99US$!!!! Includes shipping. I´ve ordered a 8x8 book there for the same price a while ago, can´t wait to see it!!!! I wanted to make one for my mother in law with pictures from when we went to visit her last year, but decided to make her a calender instead. To work quicker I used some quickpages that I simply dragged on the right size canvas (3300x2550pixels) and than ajusted a bit. The quickpages the Weeds&Wildflowers gave out on DSD were perfect, that way they´re also in the same style!!! Also I´ve used some of Arminá quickpages she makes with Lliella´s kits, and one page from Alexeeva. Just look how the pages turned out: (The calnder is 8x11 inches, the for the calenderparts I dragged just plain simple backgroundpapers I had from Flergs grabag, like crumpled brown paper etc.)

And finally I made this as the frontpage, I think it turned out great!!!! The frame is by KimBsdesigns, and the rest from Flergs sept. grabbag.

I´ve also managed to finish scrapping all of my son´s pictures from the second half of 2007, I now have a total of about 60 pages!!!! These are the last 4 I made, now on to 2008!!!

Kendra asked me a question in the comment section on how to bind the calenderpages. One thing you could do is take it to your local copyshop as the can easily bind it for you, using those spirals, they even have that here in Brazil, so I guess you could do that about everywhere than! I know some hybrid people might have a bind-it-all machine, I´d love to have one of those, there´s this great website where they show all sorts of hybrid projects and they even have a section on it: http://www.making-mini-scrapbooks.com/Bind-It-All.html But as I said you could do that at your copyshop as well, and it shouldn´t be expensive. Actually I didn´t even bind mine last year, I just punched a hole in the top and threaded a piece of ribbon....... I guess you could punch some holes and use some rings as well. Hope this helps, any more ideas? Please leave your comment!!!!

On digital scrapbooking day I spent some time at digishoptalk, and at shabbypickles. It did pay off!!!! At digishoptalk I was RAK-ed with a kit by Nicole Seitler, and at shabbypickles I was RAK-ed 2 times, with 2 giftcertificates to the store!!!! I entered in their challenges right away to earn points to get another gift certificate! Here are the pages I made.
